I have been a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over two
decades in San Luis Obispo, California. With a focus on adolescents, adults, couples, and families, I have been a steadfast guide for those grappling with the complexities of addiction, depression, trauma, and anxiety.
Throughout my career I have employed a dynamic range of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic work, and psychodramatic methods. This comprehensive toolkit reflects a commitment to tailoring interventions to the unique needs of
each client, fostering a holistic and integrative approach to mental health.
Driven by a passion to expand access to transformative healing practices, I have taken extensive training in the emerging field of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I now hold 3 certifications as a Psychedelic Assisted Guide and envision integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy into mainstream mental health care. In addition to emphasizing the therapeutic benefits of psychedelics, I am equally dedicated to establishing clear ethical guidelines.
